The team that directs your project — and the standards we hold them to.
Two phrases run through everything we do: control the controllables and nothing left to interpretation. The planning and documentation aren’t the glamorous part of a project — so we carry that weight for you, and we do it before anyone picks up a tool. It’s the entire reason our projects finish the way clients expect.
We rebuilt this firm around a hard truth: on the biggest, most permanent purchase of your life, you don’t need another set of hands — you need judgment, and someone accountable for the whole thing. So we stopped trying to be everything and became the best at one thing: directing the right team of specialists and holding them to a plan we’ve documented down to the detail.
We’ll always tell you the truth — kindly, and early enough to matter. Some people don’t want to hear it. Our clients do. That’s who we built this for.
We hope these beliefs resonate with you and are a launchpad for more meaningful conversations.
We look forward to speaking with you!
Lisa is our team dynamo! She has an amazing ability to spark action and inspiration in service of others. She initiates the team to achieve profound and stunning results.
When asked to pick her favorite project, Lisa answered that she could never choose! “It’s like choosing your favorite child… My favorite project is always the next one because everything evolves and changes and I’m always learning.”
Derek is the anchor of our operation. Cool under pressure, he transforms chaos into creativity, leaving both the team and clients confident in the next step.
Derek’s favorite project is The Essex Eclectic Farmhouse because not only did we deliver on the overall project goals, but we also remediated several issues, ensuring the home was beautiful, as well as safe and sound.
Creatress of “a-ha!” moments, Kaylen has the ability to make the spatially impossible possible.
Kaylen’s favorite project is the Tatami + Gold Kitchen. The clients were receptive to new ideas and concepts and welcomed the opportunity to break the mold a bit and step out of their comfort zone which led to creative and stunning results!
Not only does she break records daily for how much a human being can feasibly accomplish, but Liz also manages to keep Lisa on task and on schedule (which, trust us, is no small feat).
Liz’s favorite project is the Saddle Hill English-Inspired Renovation. She loves the great room’s coziness, the overall project cohesion, and the range alcove and aged brass hardware in the kitchen—it’s ah-mazing!
Laura brings sharp problem-solving skills and a natural instinct for organization to every project. She’s a hands-on team player who jumps in without hesitation and keeps everything moving forward with ease.
Laura’s favorite project is the Soapstone & Sage Kitchen. The overall design balances modern function while honoring the home’s original character. The features she loves most are the pops of warm cherry wood, leathered stone top on the island, and timeless soapstone backsplash.
Brains, brawn, and our boots-on-the-ground all-star. Colin keeps jobs running smoothly—materials on site, trades in sync, and nothing missed. If it needs doing, it’s already done.
Colin’s favorite project is our Ipswich whole-home renovation, where bold design meets thoughtful craftsmanship. He especially enjoyed the striking blue cabinetry in the kitchen and pantry and the one-of-a-kind custom details in the music room, which made the space truly personal.
Asha, our littlest love bug, has mastered the art of napping and nibbling on Mac cords with impressive precision. Always ready to offer snuggles when the team needs a pick-me-up, she brings extra joy to every workday and is the cutest site security guard in training!
