Just like our clients, our team isn’t big on surprises…
In fact, two of our favorite planning phrases are “control the controllables” and “leave no room for interpretation.” Don’t worry, we know that attention to detail and planning aren’t exactly the most fun parts of a construction project. That’s why we handle those things for you and leave absolutely nothing to chance!
The opportunity to guide homeowners through the transformation or build of their home is an immense privilege. And the honor is never lost on us.
It brings us joy to lead you from possibility to realization as we exceed your expectations. It brings us even more joy to begin as complete strangers and end as fast friends, witness your life evolving and shifting, celebrate alongside you, and support you through the challenges.
We hope these beliefs resonate with you and are a launchpad for more meaningful conversations.
We look forward to speaking with you!
Lisa is our team dynamo! She has an amazing ability to spark action and inspiration in service of others. She initiates the team to achieve profound and stunning results.
When asked to pick her favorite project, Lisa answered that she could never choose! “It’s like choosing your favorite child… My favorite project is always the next one because everything evolves and changes and I’m always learning.”
Derek is the anchor of our operation. Cool under pressure, he transforms chaos into creativity, leaving both the team and clients confident in the next step.
Derek’s favorite project is The Essex Eclectic Farmhouse because not only did we deliver on the overall project goals, but we also remediated several issues, ensuring the home was beautiful, as well as safe and sound.
Not only does she break records daily for how much a human being can feasibly accomplish, Liz also manages to keep Lisa on task and on schedule (which, trust us is no small feat).
Liz’s favorite project is the Saddle Hill English-Inspired Renovation. She loves the coziness of the great room, cohesion of the project overall, and the range alcove and aged brass hardware in the kitchen = Ah-mazing!
Creatress of “a-ha!” moments, Kaylen has the ability to make the spatially impossible, possible.
Kaylen’s favorite project is the Tatami + Gold Kitchen. The clients were receptive to new ideas and concepts and welcomed the opportunity to break the mold a bit and step out of their comfort zone which led to creative and stunning results!
Jessica is our behind-the-scenes financial wizard. She’s an integral part of our operations, working closely with project managers and partners to ensure that every aspect of our business runs like a well-oiled machine.
Jessica’s favorite project is the Rivercrest Blue Kitchen. She loves the natural light streaming through the windows, the warm wood tones, and the bold blue cabinets. The storage provided by the double pantries is the icing on the cake!
Our rising star, Jack’s a sponge for knowledge. He’s always soaking up and applying instructions and becoming our team’s rapid-fire learner.
Jack’s favorite project is the Seaside Victorian project in Swampscott, MA. He loves being able to utilize the tools and contribute to bringing this couple’s vision to life.
Brian’s a true craftsman and finisher, but you’ll never hear it from him. His work speaks for itself and his humility is as finely honed as the precision of his craftsmanship.
Brian’s favorite project was the Partridgeberry Blue home in Ipswich. He loved being able to plan and execute extensive finish carpentry and be a part of this meaningful experience.
Michael’s a paragon of meticulousness, unwavering consistency, and dependability in every task. He’s the epitome of a one-man “A” team.
Michael’s favorite project so far is Merrimack on Main. He enjoyed tackling the complex framing and meticulous attention to detail. And the views of the Merrimack River can’t be beat!
