Project Summary:

Our client’s kids’ bathroom was ready for a new chapter. What once worked for small children no longer supported the needs—or the style preferences—of two growing tweens. Their daughter had a clear vision: a white vanity paired with light gold faucets. Their mom shared inspiration photos filled with warm wood tones, soft whites, and an overall calm, neutral palette. With a smart existing footprint, a well-placed window, and a linen closet that already functioned beautifully, we kept the layout intact and focused the remodel on elevating the finishes, improving storage, and bringing a more mature, timeless feel to the space.

By retaining the original window, closet, and plumbing locations, we were able to direct more of the budget toward craftsmanship and high-quality materials. The new double-sink vanity offers generous storage, creating a designated space for each child’s daily essentials. The shower was completely reimagined within its existing footprint, now featuring an integrated niche and a marble corner bench—practical upgrades that enhance comfort, organization, and longevity. The finished bathroom blends marble, brass, and durable quartz into a space that feels fresh, sophisticated, and ready to grow with the kids for years to come.
