From the moment we first meet you, we provide you with a warm, friendly, exceptional experience. We don’t take our job lightly and don’t lose sight of why we’re doing what we’re doing.

STEP 1. First Conversation

Every design-build project starts with a conversation! We love learning about you and hearing your story. We’ll spend time learning about your home and what you’re imagining, and share with you how we help our clients achieve their renovation goals. This is also where we make sure we're a fit. We'll be direct about whether your project, budget, and expectations line up — because starting mismatched serves no one.

STEP 2. In-Home Consult & Honest Budget Assessment

We’ll meet with you in your home to discuss your design ideas, the scope of your project, timelines, budget, and your dreams for your home. After this meeting, we’ll assess our findings and schedule a meeting to share our opinion on the probable budget range for your project and a design proposal to get started!

STEP 3. Design & Preconstruction

This is the part that de-risks everything. We assemble your full team, design solutions, and specify materials. We’ll develop the final scope, and present you with everything you need to make decisions with confidence including a permit-ready packet of documentation and — for cleanly defined scopes — a fixed, locked price.

STEP 4. Build, Directed

With plans and permits resolved and materials selected it’s time for the daydreaming to become your dream home! We direct every trade partner to the documented plan and stay your single point of accountability throughout. The people who planned your project are the same people running it.

STEP 5. After the Keys

Your build may be over, but we’re not going anywhere. We stand behind our work and our warranty. You will be scheduled for routine check-ups for the next couple of years to ensure our craftsmanship is the same as the day we handed you back your keys.
